History
River Hills Resources, Inc. was formed in June of 2009 as the successor of River Hills Resource Corporation, a five-year-old Canadian Junior Exploration company. River Hills is an amalgamation of two private company's gold projects: River Hills Ecuador Tuyano gold project and Mayan Gold’s Honduras El Transito gold project.
