History
River Hills Resources, Inc. was formed in Nevada in June of 2009 as the successor of River Hills Resource Corporation, a five-year-old Canadian Junior Exploration company. River Hills is an amalgamation of two gold projects: River Hills Ecuador Tuyano gold project and River Hills Honduras El Transito gold project. RHR Inc has also compiled a list of available mineral properties that have been overlooked or ignored by other companies. This list has been developed from the knowledge and personal contacts of the management team. It is anticipated that the list will be expanded further as other sources and contacts are investigated.
